You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection and device to access the content.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where required by applicable consumer law, before receiving immediate access to digital content you may be asked to expressly consent to delivery beginning during the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins.

You may not share your login details, course access, downloads or other purchased materials with another person unless Wandering Softly has given you written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, redistribution, fraud or other material misuse of the content.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided by Wandering Softly, including but not limited to course materials, workbooks, exercises, text, graphics, images, videos, branding and downloadable materials, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content for your own personal purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share or commercially exploit any Wandering Softly content without prior written permission.

7. Availability and changes
